Hi Mr H. I don't believe that is Chandlers point. I believe he is saying that if CAP took any action they need to report it whether they intend to go through with it or not to their shareholders. Much like FAR would have to if they had been notified.
I'm not sure whether they are required to announce something like that @ChandlerJ perhaps you could notify the relevant authorities that you believe CAP have done something that has to be announced and see what they say? DB
