omnilab sold

I see that tonight TMS has announced that it has sold out of its 50% equity interest in OmniLab.

No sale price was disclosed, however, the sale did result in the release of all financial /contingent liabilities associated with OmniLab.

As best as can be seen from the FY03 Annual report, it would seem that:
1)
OmniLab lost ~$600K in FY03 (TMS 1/2 share = $311K);
2)
carried gross debt of $8.6M of which TMS' 1/2 share was $4.3M;
3)
was equity accounted in the FY03 year; and
4)
carried a $nil value in the books of TMS.

Further details are, however, still required in order to debt what effect on net debt the sale of OmniLab will leave TMS in.
