    Well this would make for some (partially) interesting reading - it appends the entire Sale and Purchase Agreement contract between Lauder and EMC.

    I see a particular reference to PDVSA and the requirement that no less than US$54.785m in cash advances from PDVSA be held by RWL companies in their bank accounts. That cash is now FLC's.
