Felix are set to have 3 partners for the Aussie number 1 open-cut thermal coal mine - Moolarben. Payment for 30% interest will be $270 million with about $90 million in addition for development.
Felix are in talks with Asian Companies concerning a sale of 49% of Yarrabee. This should bring in about $68 million.
The Felix stock price has come back up over $1 recently and stands at $5.74 at close Friday.
