I think you may be getting a little ahead of yourself. The "agreements" as you describe are MOU's and subject to various hurdles including sample testwork, mining license and negotiating the legal terms of a binding offtake (if indeed it gets that far). Volt also needs to complete a scoping study and find a way to pay for all of the above.
It's interesting that Volt felt the need to arrange these recent MOU's before announcing that the stage 1 strategy was covered. What happened to the 100ktpa that SH signed up 18 months ago? Surely that covered off the stage 1 plans. Are those MOU's no longer reliable?
