What this mob needs is a good Well similar to AWEs Waitsia 1,2 or 3 Wells. That will keep the Red Gully plant ticking along for 20 years or more and provide some cash to move forward on the exploration front.
Beg, steal or borrow the money and get on with it! Pissing around with the Board is like shuffling chairs on the Titanic. Look at AWE, they only have half share in the Waitsia field. Maybe EGO need to pull their head in and find a 50 / 50 partner and borrow their share of the Drill before its too late.
