Don't disagree with you. If the sales actually happen (and they should because the company has a number of really good products), I too see a price over 20c in the next 18 months.
However I object to the idea that it is currently chonically undervalued. Markets want facts and results not hype. Well that's not true either - once a company has been put in a box labelled "consistently disappoints", as I have seen SEN described by analysts, then facts are needed. Once there are some good results the hype will happen and the share will probably overshoot, which is also the nature of markets.
