Epinsight, I would add one more point to your four:

(5) the likely steps that a producer of prefab (and other) concrete structures might undertake when considering the use of a new additive should in this case include, knowing from published data that the end product will offer substantive benefits to customers:

Will I as a producer of concrete become uncompetitive if I DON'T use Edencrete, and consequently hadn't I better get cracking with trials and potential contract discussions with the company responsible for production of the additive ie EDE, and get into/keep in the loop?

As a producer, I would not want to sit on my backside ignoring technical progress and cost benefits of Edencrete, at the risk of becoming uncompetitive versus my competitors.
