Assuming the said director takes up all his option entitlements (by 2011, which one would believe would be most viable by that date), then the number of shares he has just sold is a mere 6% of his 'overall' holding and total cash received is a mere $40K odd......IMO it isn't anything to be overly concerned about, just a need for some cash at the moment.

Hmmm, come to think about it, I could also use a lazy $40k at the moment.....lol
