Has Kina broken its bear trend finally or is this a false signal?
I'm still trying to work out what this stock is doing down in the 70c zone in the first place, it's loan book is growing and its dividend is fantastic. Thus I'd like to buy in but the market seems adamant that I'm wrong about this stock.
Do people think the dividend is not sustainable?
Does the company have hidden debts or liabilities I'm just not seeing?
Is it that people think foreign banks are too too strong in PNG and that Kina wont be able to compete?
Or do people just not trust the country?
I'm baffled, I'd like to be a part of the Kina story so I'm looking for a buy signal such as a decent trend break, but I can't ignore the fact the market seems to have it in for this stock. I think this stock has a terrific future potential value, but i thought that when it first hit my watch list valued just over a dollar, yet here we are at 76c off a low of 70c. What do you guys think?
