I reread it and noted that too.
I spoke to the ASX about this and they were not interested.
How can you say you are vigorously defending when you don't use a lawyer and where was the update to say that they were no longer mediating and were not opposing dismissal of the case?.
The only true facts on the case are on the shareholder action site which shows how many mistakes were made by LWP which caused the case to simply fall apart which translated to LWP speak is "we decided not to proceed with the case".
