Why wouldn't the 85% holders want the price to increase Bernard?
I don't think getting more shares is their issue. The share price has been sub 7c for the past 2 years!! The majors have had ample opportunity to buy at very low prices, not to mention doubling up and underwriting non takers of the 2.6c share offer late last year.
Talking to some of the bigger holders at the last AGM I can safely say they have more than enough shares.. It's getting TIG's share price up and reflecting the money poured into this company and ultimately its true market value that was of concern..
A higher share price is important now particularly for funding purposes going forward. I would think all shareholders big or small would think its time now for the share to make a move into the 15c, 20c ++ range..
Anyway, I'm celebrating first 40,000 tons of Amaam North coal shipped to the Asian market, as confirmed in the article. We are on our way as a legitimate coal producer and exporter.
The company has done what was promised nearly seven years ago, and the share price has no where else to go but up.
