Yes Whisky.......I think CNOOC would be looking at CNE pretty closely IMO. The Chinese Gov. could easily have a word with the Indians and sort that tax issue out.
It would not surprise me to learn that FAR's delay in pulling PE trigger was because they had to wait for any potential PE backer to be comfortable that PE was a good chance of having a positive outcome.
Or the " buyer " of FAR wanted to do their DD around the likely hood of PE coming off before committing fully.
I think when the next lot of figures from CNE are rolled out you will find the numbers have been crunched lower.....much lower yet again. AIMO DB
