Re the arbitration process.
Is it standard for an application for arbitration to have a preliminary hearing to determine if the parties have a legitimate case.
If so how long do we need to wait for the results of that preliminary hearing.
It seams to me that the possibility of a move on FAR will go up a notch after the initial hearing has been held.
Can anyone confirm the standard progression for an application for arbitration.
