Continued "threats" and references to "we may go to court" can easily be taken as bluff or an empty threat. They have not stopped NLI having to extend their trading halts on 3 occasions so far. If NLI is in a strong position, or has a reasoanble arguable case, they should act without delay to enforce their rights by commencing court proceedings. That will force the other side to either "put up or shut up". Nothing better to focus the mind than litigation. NLI can always settle their court case if an agreement is reached. That's my view !

Completely agree, but I personally tthink there is a hole somewhere (maybe in language translation) & that's why we are offering possible commercial settlement.
