For me - it is the threat of customer loyalty versus churn.
The advertising/media/multimedia etc. is highly competitive - barriers to entry are not as significant as some other businesses. If I could see longer lock in contracts in place - guaranteed contracts with minimum spends - I would feel 100% certain. Customer numbers has always been my modelling cash-flow query. Can't fault the company - what they are doing is top notch. I am questioning the stickiness of customers.
