    not convinced icp ready to go yet.......popgun buying,

    expecting a wave down to 10.5 or lower.....no evidence

    of announcement this week.....went sidways for 20

    days before liftoff from mid May...and should do at least

    that this time....from charting veiw i would expect

    news next month...D.Y.O.R.
