agree.....someone has been selling quite a lot, which has kept the price checked in the face of what I thought was a great announcement....there were 3 lots of 1 million each last week + others.....27 cents was/ is continually fed....a little frustrating on the back of the share price being subdued during the IBR tover...but can't last forever
