Good question to which we (or at least I) do not know the answer to. The lower than expected grades could be a good reason why CMC wanted to take over the processing and contract the cost to HAV (from memory that started not long after production).

I did read recently that they had mobilsed some of their workforce and or equipment elsewhere as there was enough ore on the ground. That could genuine or or it could because they are not as confident about digging up overburden as they once were.

I don't wish to seem too negative, but there are lots of questions and not many answers.

There is still some potential upside in the Portia pit floor, but Portia is certainly not the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow that I had hoped for.
