    Not sure where you got your 90 million mc from? AVZ currently has a 70 mill market Cap. Sorry but your assuming RMX will pick up this acquisition until they do there is no value on the acquisition. The other thing is management also plays a big role in the success of a company, can't really say much about BGS can we
