    Probably HARDER to prepare the meal, with good flavour, by having to OMIT certain ingredients.

    Not worth the risk of pandering to special requests, they could accidentally be served

    something they are allergic to, or they might set you up for a 'sting" ?

    # Was painting a guys house, once upon a time, but just before starting, the customer

    decided he didn't like the brand of paint, nor the type of brushes and rollers

    I was going to use. Had to drive 15kms back into town, to replace the paint, and tools

    for the job. All in my own time, at my expense.

    Would have told him to shove it, but had already lost other customers, trying to pander to his whims.
