now, when the customers are making the demands - many of them can't cut the mustard.

Chefs and restaurants should remember one thing -------------------- who is paying?

In service - it's that simple.

If I order at subways when I'm asked what salad I say everything but cucumber.

If you overwhelm the staff with an over the top order you have more chance of a dodgy meal and orrible service.

Or maybe I'm just not that fussy.
