    ok that's all my theories blown out of the water! anyways, now we know so let's get movin....

    Petrel Energy Limited (ASXRL) announces that the New Force rig at Cerro Padilla-1 has set surface casing to 100 metres and installed and successfully tested the BOP. The final operational approvals process is underway with the relevant authorities for the 4 well programme. The rig is ready to drill ahead once the approvals process is complete.
