Quite correct, However Haasko, you fail to tell ( as is usual) only half the story.
Mr Goodall did in fact stand against the Chairman of the Board at that time Mr H A. BUT withdrew his nomination (as did the balance of the nominating group) when he discovered that Mr Cottee, was standing for the Board.
I also note that the the Chairman of the Board at that time Mr H A at that time, also came out against Mr Goodall et al in the material supplied to shareholders.
