you would expect someone to contest the validitity sooner or later Seaking, after all the stakes are extremely high
the US patent office did not make its decision lightly, it mulled over the applications for many years before granting them
they also have patent insurance
it is very unusual for patents to be overturned in the courts, should be an interesting battle
