Is there an actual Court case at the moment or do we have a group of legal eagles going through some pre trial process? If we have a court case the names of the Companies involved should be a matter of Public record, is this correct?
Further if these companies have gone to court then the costs must huge, given that, the payout to GTG should they win must be many Multi Mega bucks both now and in the future, any one agree?
How do we find out the companies involved? this must have been reported on the Net somewhere, can any bright spark find it.
