It was nice to meet you at the Sydney meeting.
My take on Dirk's adoption of a different approach to retaining or shedding customers, was that he was talking more in the past tense than the present. He was really explaining the disparity in the numbers of past reports, and what we expected to see, comparative to what evolved. This had a lot to do with bending over backwards to accommodate new customers, and the eventual realization that they needed to more judicious with the expected outcomes of new business.
I think he was pointing out what to expect in the future, rather than implying that they were still dealing with ongoing or lingering bad strategy.
I am hoping to see the benefits of this refining of strategy in the upcoming report.
