There is 2 court cases in progress that are being presided over by district court judges. Neither case has reached trial status as yet.
The first case is against Applera & amongst their number of defences is that GTG's patents are invalid.
The second case is a joint case against Covance & Nuvelo who also claim the patents are invalid amongst their defences.
To the best of my knowledge their is no court cases in progress involving Sydney law firms.
