thought they would have let SH's know a bit more regarding the expired patents - whether they have reapplied for them, whether they can't reapply for them now that the expiry period is lapsing, or what impact if any that the lapsing patents could have?. Guess the response to this will go the way that the Hexima issue has gone! - silence - can't find anything to do with it other than to say that its finalised!!!!???? - but on what terms etc??
