That would have to be the biggest lot of baloney I have ever read.
For, you should very well know that, by abstaining with YOUR OWN VOTE, it would have the one and only effect of supporting the current board.
And that is without taking in consideration the shares voted in favour of the Board with the ones where you told us that the ND team suggested/recommended to vote AGAINST the Resolution.
CB, IMHO, the more you are trying to defend and/or to support your ideas/plans, the more you are digging yourself deeper and deeper into a hole.
