Still, though the facts differ in the Philando Castille case in the same state, in that Castille was armed and should not have reached to his pocket, the fact that both police shootings occurred in the same state may be relevant.

Even then, no whites are going to riot, tit for tat shoot blacks, shoot police or burn down central business districts crying racism. No 24/7 "news" cycle will incite them to violence either, quite the opposite...
