If you genuinely wanted to buy 500k of GTG shares, would you have your bid sitting in the market a few cents away from the action?
I can't see the sense in telegraphing your intentions by sitting it there for all to see.
My bet is that it is a dummy bid, either that or the bidder is a dummy :-)
