I was in the similar situation to yourself, albeit with a few more B's. I didn't have the funds to convert, and didn't have enough options to make the ELF process viable (mine are in SMSF and i would have need to set up a new trust etc.). Ended up selling them last week.
This is not advice, but personally I wouldn't pay a $200 fee for a $1,500 loan. Be better off putting it on a credit card and paying off as quick as possible. DYOR
