    Umi, great post.

    I can't go beyond nviso taking a stake rather than the money. Why would they do that if they didn't believe in the value of the epat product. Time will tell all but the events of the last week have energized me and I DO believe we've got a partner in nviso not a shareholder which I think is amazing for us shareholders.
