Is this not part of the equity financing component of 75,067,000 Units @ 0.31? These units comprise 75,067,000 ordinary shares @ 0.31 and 37,533,500 warrants @ 0.45 exercisable over the next 36 months.
Nothing underhanded here ... just seems that they are now available for trade.
