    July 26 (Reuters) - Geopacific Resources Ltd (GPR) :

    • Pacific Road stated they would accept an offer of 1 Geopacific share for every 1.1 Kula shares
    • Pacific Road stated that they will accept an increased offer that is free from defeating conditions
    • Considering contents of letter and will make announcement regarding the same on 27 July 2017
