I reckon they could be 10c by the end of today - especially as I get the feeling 20c is about to be smashed on the heads.
I was up on the coast for my old job 2 months ago (before I quit) - it is dead set booming up there - reminds me of Perth a littel bit - property development going nuts in both cities.
