it hasnt appeared on anything i can find as a P&A yet!!

i see it as a development well, as its on the same lease and next door to the already commercial production well.. its a horizontal well going after the same play the vertical well is producing gas and oil from..

It has not been announced officially by EME as a success. The major oil company has not even announced ever its in the county! i cant find anything saying they are doing a P&A on it.. and its been on the go for nearly 2 months now.. i cant see a mass exodus before the bad news.. cant see any major shareholders moving from any of the jvps..
looks like its going fine to me. and it does not take the major oil company 12 months to do a well like this in block A i can give you the tip. and i know from my research exactly what stage the well is at. how eme can get away without reporting is beyond me?!? the directors would have to know all the things i can get access to!! if it was a dry well they would have certainly had to declare that by now.

hypothetically speaking... you know my research tells me, interestingly enough, that Uk for instance, you could as a director of a public company drill an oil and gas well, never identify to the shareholders its true name and location, type of well, nor even what your expectations are of that well, nor its anticipated TD. Never announce its actual spud date.

I think in the uk you could also hypothetically even get a well to some very advanced stages and know what shows you have had, and have a great idea from the wirelines exactly what you have, and be privy to a lot of very important data, yet not have to disclose any of it to the shareholders of that public company..
