Hey @kpax I sent an email to David with regard to the court case the other day. Here is his response -

"Today was a hearing to consider a number of issues that arose at a directions hearing a few weeks ago. We are still very much in the “procedural” phase of the case – and in fact we are currently waiting for expert witness reports and discovery documents from the other side. I don’t expect to be making any statements on the case any time soon.

In terms of our prospects for success this is not something I could or should speculate on, save to say that our Board clearly embarked on this litigation believing we had a strong prospect of success and nothing has changed to my knowledge.

Sorry I can’t be more precise but rest assured we will advise the market when there something new to update."

Very straightforward and he responded literally within a few minutes of me sending my initial email.

Question - How long do you think this court case will drag out? How long before the next hearing do you suppose?

I went over some of the previous announcements and I agree with you that they should be expecting increasing profit forecasts hopefully outlined in the quarterly which is due any day now.

Any thoughts on MCA kpax? Another aquafarming mob focused on Murray Cod. They seem to have a pretty good setup too.
