I think we have to appreciate LPD's size and strategy.
You guys are all early-adopters, and they have a MC of $24.43M or so, and a bit of cash on-hand.
The reality is they need funding to do things, and will direct those funds at what is perceived to be the most efficient / best possible resource, and perhaps revisit things later. So I'd agree, that it's likely on the back-burner.
