There is a lag between when they pay suppliers and receive cash from customers which means that as the business grows so does its working capital funding requirement resulting in cash flows < profits. When revenues shrink the reverse happens hence the strong operating cash flow this quarter. I wanted to see weak cash flow and strong revenues but we got the opposite.
