I might just be splitting hairs a bit too much here but the use of the phrase

"fundraising initiatives which may involve the offer of DEBT or equity securities"

Interests me in reference to perhaps the offtake.

From this paragraph

"The Company is presently considering other fundraising initiatives which may involve the offer of debt or equity
securities or both by the Company. Such initiatives, if they materialise, may be announced by the Company before or after the date of the Extraordinary General
Meeting."

Like I say just a guess and probably reading between the lines too much considering how these guys have contorted the original finance package from what it was.
