Nick Clark resigned for family personal reasons also after a long stint as CFO and then CEO but not until a well thought out and executed succession plan completed the transition of understudy Dirk Van Hyning into the CEO role. Maybe you might want to research that as well. A few throw away lines doesn't cut it really.
