DB Trace don't have to pay anything (other than a premium). It is a Bank Guarantee not cash. So all they have to do is purchase a Bank Guarantee (Basically an insurance policy) with an annual premium. Now just maybe they are not financially solid enough to obtain a guarantee given the status of the lease and the possibility that as they have not drilled the required well that the Senegal Govt may actually call in said Bank Guarantee. So maybe they are just trying to force FAR to give them the Data so they can try and flog it to someone else. Stand Firm FAR if anyone is going to sell the 3D it will be us not Trace/CAP.
