I've enquired with the journalist who published the article below, who said Sherwood has declined to comment, as has the dissident group - re: 249D notices etc.

I've also found on LinkedIn, that Sherwood's former supporting implementation manger was made redundant when Sherwood was also made redundant - read her LinkedIn profile:

I'm still convinced this is a personal vendetta - we as share holders were told Sherwood was resigning to deal with family issues in Sydney, but I would suggest that was a simply the more graceful way the company made it appear.
Like to know what you all think - but I'd say he was moved on when the share price plummeted after the aboriginal groups got involved a while back, and now wants his job back???
For me LCK is still in a strong position , and I'm still happy to be invested to at least once the company goes commercial.
