    Apparently the bank guarantee requires the Seismics (This will meet the previous work commitment with October 31 2016 deadline) . FAR wont provide Seismics till the leaseis in good standing. Until the previous work commitment is complete and the bank guarantee is in place the lease is not in good standing.
