    Yes in the past directors have bought on market but what rational reason would Dirk have to buy on market ?
    If the company were to fail he would lose both his job and his investment , would it not be wiser to diversify his risk ie if he has spare cash make investments in assets outside of the company ie a home , term deposits , indexed funds .
