I've read the past announces carefully many times...and he normally says some vague bits about a future deal. He's NEVER said or "worded it" like that!
He broke it down by STAGE 2 and 3.
-He basically saying the deal is STAGE 2 being a OFF-TAKE for the LCE.
Then!!!
..."high-level agreement in consideration for potential Stage 3 development of the Project."
He's not saying OFF-TAKE ...BUT...high-level agreement. Why not JUST say agreement or potential agreement?
I've been reading this stuff for 25 years...you NEVER legal put yourself in a box. You ALLWAYS under promise.
High level...It's got to be a PA deal with QL.
Or you'd just say...OFF-TAKE for S2 and S3.
Everything I hear has been a EPIC deal...yet up until now...AGY has been vague about STAGE 3.
THEY...not me just said this.
