So we are back to the chicken and the egg! No 3D no guarantee....no guarantee no 3D.
If CAP had a contract that said FAR had to hand over the 3D even if they missed the 31 October cut off then why not go to court and make FAR hand it over??
My point is if FAR were to pay CAP then what? CAP have money but no 3D. They would then have to fund another 3D programme at their cost which I think would cost more than 2 million....that's of course after they find the 7 odd million guarantee.
I still cant understand CAP's end game? To me they are on a hiding to nothing. AIMO DB
