    No mate - they ann a 14.4 yesterday - and sold down about 4m.
    This morning sold approx 4m, leaving about 6 which is what is on the buy to 5.5c. They will take ardound 15:20 if like prior days.

    They they are out.
    Substantial holder notice just means theya re below 5%.
